Candie Bailey

Collections Officer

Tracy joined Collectmore as a Collections Officer in June 2018, having never done debt collection before.  After years spent working in the public sector for various Government departments, she yearned for a change of scenery and a new challenge.  To say she has progressed quickly since would be an understatement.  In February 2019, after only 7 months in the role, she was promoted to the position of Team Performance Manager, managing a team of 6 full time staff.  In March 2020 Tracy was promoted to General Manager, a role she has performed with distinction ever since.  A true leader, she exudes confidence, and her team are a unified, high-performing group of collectors.  With Tracy at the helm, they have achieved remarkable success, all of which is testament to her supportive and inclusive management style.   Tracy is also a Justice of the Peace.

Cindy is our longest serving employee and friend to everyone she interacts with.  Having first started as a Collections Officer in February 2018, she now performs our accounts and administration function.  Given how personable and friendly she is however, she also handles all our inbound sales calls and hers is a voice you will initially hear when you contact our office asking about our services.  Cindy will immediately set you at ease and will explain the process in a simple way which will leave you knowing you are in the very best of hands.

Candie started with us in August 2021 having never done debt collection before.  When we interviewed her however we knew she would be a star and a star is exactly what she has proven to be.  Candie is cool, calm and collected and will work with anyone who is doing it a little tough.  A pushover however she is most certainly not and she will pursue your money like it is her own.
